Our Commitment to Accessibility

Intellectual Property Electronic Intuition, Inc. (iPELiNT) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to guarantee we provide equal access to all of our users.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

iPELiNT is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA.

Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.

Some patent analytics charts may not be fully accessible to screen readers.

PDF Documents

Some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible.

Alternative: Contact us for accessible versions of any document.

Third-Party Content

External patent databases we link to may have varying levels of accessibility.

Alternative: We can assist in retrieving information from external sources.

Assessment Approach

iPELiNT assessed the accessibility of our platform through the following approaches:

  • Self-evaluation using automated testing tools (axe DevTools, WAVE)
  • Manual testing with keyboard navigation
  • Screen reader testing (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver)
  • Color contrast analysis
  • User testing with people with disabilities
  • External accessibility audit by certified professionals

VPAT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template)

Our Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) documents how iPELiNT conforms to the Revised Section 508 standards and WCAG 2.1 guidelines. The VPAT helps government agencies and other organizations assess our product's accessibility.
