Statuses are live probes of IPELINT's public health endpoints, measured from your browser. "Degraded" means the service responded slower than expected. The REST API and MCP connector are served by the same platform service and share one probe.
Incidents & maintenance
There are no active incidents. Incident notifications and scheduled-maintenance notices are sent to affected customers by email. To report an issue or subscribe an additional contact, email api-support@ipelint.com.
Service levels
Uptime targets and support-response tiers are defined in our service-level agreement, available to customers and evaluators on request via api-support@ipelint.com. See also the Trust Center.
